Advantages:

Квартира отличная, комфортная, большая, чистая, современная, с большими панорамными окнами и огромным балконом с видом на море. Находится в современном жилом комплексе, есть лифт, парковка, детская площадка. Кондиционер на обогрев и на охлаждение. Все бытовые приборы и кухонные принадлежности. Место для тихого отдыха, прогулок по историческим тропам. Мы именно к такому отдыху и сремились, были в межсезонье. Возможно, летом более оживлённо.

Disadvantages:

Наверно, это мелочи, но всё же. Нет ни одного зеркала в полный рост, в прихожей вообще никакого нет. Нет настенных часов. Вай-фай не "добивал" в конце спальни, где изголовье кровати.
