Дом находится в экологически чистом районе рядом с заповедником но и до остановки не более 100 метров До моря автобусы ходят 2км езды ,если tпешком,то назад в горку Пляж широкий ,не загруженный ,с прозрачной водой.Подьезд на машине прямо к пляжу и стоянки бесплатные там же Рядом Ливадийский дворец ,Ласточкино гнездо,Воронцовский дворец по этой же линии ,подальше Из минусов ,что объект находится на территории бывшей воинской части ,которая прекратила свое существование 16лет назад и оставила после себя старые постройки по соседству с частным сектором.Плюсом то что проживает мало людей на этом участке и поэтому тишина
