Advantages:

Отличное расположение: удобная транспортная развязка, до моря 10 минут пешком, рядом есть магазины, до набережной Ялты 25 минут пешком. Шикарный вид из окна. Хозяйка всегда была на связи, оперативно отвечала на все вопросы. Есть парковочные места.

Disadvantages:

Пришлось часть посуды перемыть самостоятельно, тк оставались жирные пятна от предыдущих жильцов
