Advantages:

Очень хорошее место расположения, не солнечная сторона солнце не палит в номер, естественная комнатная температура, при необходимости можно включить кондиционер ( они имеются в каждой комнате ), до моря действительно близко как заявлено в описании. Море шикарное! Рядом имеются продуктовые магазины, цены на фоне центрального рынка( продуктового) в Ялте ниже, в продаже все имеется.
